Shipping & Returns

  1. We will ship using either USPS standard, priority. Or FedEx ground and or express. We can use a FedEx account number if customer has an account with FedEx and we simply add a $5.00 handling fee for packaging and materials. We DO NOT ship with UPS due to past damages on our semi fragile products and items.
    How we ship:
  2. Returns will be accepted withen 7 days from date of being received. Shipping will not be refunded on any orders as well as any returns. Custom orders will also not be refunded on any shipping or returns. Any damages MUST be advised of in under 15 days with pictures and package proof before we can resend a new item and before starting a shipping damage claim.
  3. We provide custom ideas and items for customer and businesses. Most custom work will have a minimum order depending on item and production needed to complete a specific product. We ask for 65% down and balance upon shipping. Ask for a payable sample for one unit to be sure we meet your expectation.

  4. Lead-times are given depending on quantity of items and shop production work at the time of your order. Our normal lead-time is about 1-2 weeks on most orders running through our custom shop.
